Really like the pattern and cut of these boots. They're heavier than the last ones (from another manufacturer) my son had, but I think worth the heft as the soles are pretty solid. The other photos with the heels worn through make me wonder if those kids ride balance bikes? That's how my son wore through the heels of his old pair. Anyways, the neoprene is good and my kid can get them on and off easy and seems to like them. For a mid-Atlantic state, these will be excellent rain and snow/all purpose winter boots. Don't seem to have any issues with fit; I ordered the size I expected my son to wear and he is all good. Of course, this is the kid who ran around for an entire day with a plastic spoon in the bottom of one boot with nary a complaint, so take that for what it's worth.
