A good universal version of a special tool
They are not suitable for all types of cleaning and surface preparation, as they work slowly and wear out fairly quickly. However, they are much gentler on many surfaces than traditional wire wheels or other rotating abrasives. Be careful how much pressure you apply so as not to wear the device down too quickly.
