The cooler looks great and is easy to install. It worked perfectly for an hour and then the fans stopped working. I unplugged the fan cable from the CPU location on the mobo and moved it to a different fan location to see if that fixed the situation. The wire felt warm, but I didn't attach much importance to that at the time. Even when the fan header was moved to a different location on the mobo, the fans still didn't work. I believe I connected the fans directly from the PSU to the power supply using the adapter that came with it. As soon as I did that, two fans started spinning and white smoke came out of the third. I disabled the smoking fan and used two good fans connected to the mobo's CPU fan header. I sent an RMA request to MSI and received no response almost a month later. I then contacted the support team via online chat and explained the problem to them. They told me that the RMA email tells me how to return a replacement product with shipping at my expense. When I explained that I hadn't received an email with directions yet, they ended the chat. This is the last MSI product I will ever buy. I ended up buying a set of three RGB fans to replace the POS fans that come with the cooler. Buying new fans was easier than continuing to put up with MSI's terrible customer service and RMA process.
