Review on Accusize Industrial Tools Mgehr08 2 2387 2004 by David Romo

This Accusize parting tool is a great replacement for the HSS parting tool I use. I make ink sticks out of aluminum, copper, brass and resin and they are perfect for turning and parting these small parts on my large (12x23) lathe. Most mini turning tools are so small in my tool holder that I can't get the rigidity I need when using carbide. This Accusize tool holder has no such problems. The carbide is good, with clean cutting edges and good relief, and is inherently quite sharp. Simply insert into the tool and lock very securely. It's a small guy, only about 0.4 inch reach, so they won't be more than 3/4 inch apart, but for my purposes it would be perfect.
