I like how their team works collaboratively with you (the client) in developing creative solutions, it's open communication about ideas/direction which makes things very easy! We haven't had any issues so far but are always looking forward towards new challenges we face next week - something they help us work out as well! The cost can be expensive at times if not careful or managed properly depending where your business sits in terms of budgeting / revenue etc., however this could also depend upon project size & scope.
