Oh my god I was surprised at how strong this thing was. I made the mistake of holding it with one hand (I have small hands) and felt like I was holding a fire hose lol. He is very powerful! The brush spins fast and strong, but nothing uncontrollable as long as you hold it with two hands. Hands. It doesn't seem to require much pressure to separate and remove the dirt. The sponge adapter penetrated perfectly deep into the cracks in the tile, which were loosened by the brush. We've only used it in baths and showers so far, but the difference is noticeable, along with the amount of energy it takes to clean. We really like this product, it's big enough for me, a 5ft 6in woman, or my husband, 5ft 10in. He does not have to bend down to use it and was able to literally remove dirt from the tiles and tubs.
