Review on 💨 2020 Upgraded Small USB Desk Fan: Powerful 3-Speeds & 360° Rotatable Air Circulator - Navy Blue by Regina Ford

I like the form factor, very compact, blade diameter is about 3.5 inches, overall size is 5 x 5 x 1.7 inches. One star deducted because the volume is a bit louder than expected. This is probably because the relatively small wings have to spin faster to move enough air. My other USB powered fan has 9 inch blades. A soft whisper at a low level. Output noise is very subjective, just like in my very quiet home. I don't have a sound level meter for objective measurement. I'll try later in the office; maybe the noise is not so noticeable compared to the office noise. I'm not sure but I think the motor is a brushless DC. I'm saying this based on how the blades stop when turned off; sometimes they back off a bit before stopping. IMHO this is good, because I believe that such engines are reliable and should last a long time.
