Real copper with no iron plating. I can't say anything about the anesthesia yet, but on July 5th I have to say that this bracelet is uncomfortable to wear. As you can see from my posted photo. I have a severe rash on my wrist. I'm guessing these are the nickel plated magnets that were inserted from underneath at both ends of the bracelet. My rash on my wrist is right where those nickel plated magnets are.
