I was eager to give SOURCEONE DISPLAYS a shot as our company's go-to online display retailer in my role as Product Manager. Unfortunately, I had a very negative encounter. Although they have a wide selection of products, their website is poorly designed and challenging to use. Finding the items I was looking for was a hassle, and once I did, I found that the information given was inadequate. Several calls to customer support were required before I could understand the most fundamental aspects of the screens. The purchasing procedure was also a nightmare. There were many missteps and delays at checking because of the system's complexity and bugs. Better communication and organization would have prevented problems with shipping and delivery that occurred after I placed my purchase. The fact that the screens' quality fell short of our expectations didn't help things. The screens frequently malfunctioned, and the pictures were fuzzy. Unfortunately, we had to request a reimbursement after sending the merchandise back. In general, SOURCEONE DISPLAYS is not an online shop I would suggest to others. Although they offer a wide variety of products, it is not worth the trouble to deal with their poorly designed website, cumbersome purchasing process, and subpar quality.
