Better than expected.

After years of sifting soy milk and often throwing away okara (my freezer is full), we can enjoy a whole bean. It only takes 16 minutes for the milk and then the machine cleans itself. The cost is no more than 30 cents per liter. The almond milk I used to make was more expensive than store bought but tasted better. My favorite recipe: 15 soaked and peeled almonds, 2 ounces soaked soybeans, 1 tablespoon rolled oats, and 1 teaspoon sunflower lecithin. It makes such nice thick milk that I can dilute it with water to 32 ounces to make thick and creamy "milk". The taste is great, but the milk is a bit grainy. I also add 1 teaspoon sunflower lecithin and 1 tablespoon oatmeal to soy or almond milk for consistency and emulsification. I recommend 1 tablespoon of maple syrup for sweetness and to mask the bean flavor. We use a liter a day, so this machine will soon pay for itself. The only "milk" we didn't like was oats. It was slimy even though I soaked the oats in a prebiotic before processing. I'm generally such a fan. I even stopped a woman at Costco buying almond milk and she asked me to select a product for her on her phone. We love it every day. I made a short presentation on my phone for friends who I'm sure will want this product. I just hope this lasts a long time. To be clear, I have received NO inquiries from sellers and have no idea who they are.
