04/30/2020 Out of the box the gasket was bent and crumpled - I laid it flat and heated the heat gun on low. I wasn't trying to get the whole curve at once, just "nourished" along the section, warmed it up, trying not to overheat, moved and adjusted, and let it cool while I worked on another section. I worked with him for a while, then left and came back later. Once satisfied (it wasn't perfect) I installed it on the freezer. With the door closed I could see 2 small areas that were not ideal. I warmed them up with a heat gun while standing on the door, massaging the area and closing the door while it cooled. In a short time it was perfect and perfect today. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! They exist. It wasn't difficult, but it took me longer than I thought. Hope that helps.
