Review on 🏠 Fisher Price BFR48 Loving Family Dollhouse: Unleash Imaginative Playtime! by Brent Peterson

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Too expensive accessories.

Took quite a long time to assemble, maybe 30 minutes. I was pleased with how smoothly it went considering the amount of parts. Lots of latches along with a few reinforced bolts. For €50 it's not bad. I've spent a lot of time researching dollhouses and this one seemed to be the best fit. There are disadvantages: 1) no accessories and accessories are expensive! I hope we can use spare toys like the hollow or find used parts on craigslist. 2) narrow. There isn't much depth, which I think is good for storage, but I'd like to see a deeper playhouse. Size 3. I like that the holiday theme closes by itself. The thing is big and takes up a lot of space. In general, my kids often play with it, so it's a guard. Much better than Barbie doll houses. If your child is over 4 years old I would look at the toy houses. They have good ones but my kids are only 2 and others had too many small parts. Updated: 10/28/2016. I downgraded my rating from 4 stars to 2. Almost a year later, my kids no longer play with it. Not enough accessories for it that I'm willing to buy at an outrageous price, so not enough pretend play to keep them busy. There are so many cheaper and nicer alternatives that I regret buying it. It will most likely be donated soon to make room.
