I received a replacement and have been using it for a month and it still looks fantastic. It must have been a defective original product - a great replacement. So - great product and great service! First review: It looked even better in person than in the photos - much better than I expected. I loved it - looked great, perfect size, good quality (especially for the price) until the ONLY thing that bothered me - the strap - broke. It's very thin but seemed ok until it broke. So disappointed 😔 Took about a month. But it was great while it lasted.
