I set up the bird feeders and I swear the birds were laughing as they fluttered around and watched my cat (who is not very smart and is usually afraid of the road) try on the other side of the window to fly towards them. So I bought them thinking maybe they would prevent cat collisions and possible bird collisions and so far they have worked on both points as neither a bird nor a cat has hit my window since I received them. These are pretty much standard vinyl window adhesives so they don't stick very well to the outside of windows as I had to reapply a few in the first few weeks of use. However, I saw that they were advertised as UV reflective. , but when I irradiated them with UV light I was a bit surprised to find that the paper the decals were wrapped on was more reflective than the decals themselves. But you can get cheap UV/Neon lights almost anywhere art supplies are sold -Buy black colors so it was an easy fix.
