Review on SocialHire by George Saunier

The ability to create custom fields that apply across all departments of my organization is very useful! There are some minor glitches with formatting but they have been addressed quickly by their support team when I've brought them up via email or chat conversation so far everything has gone smoothly!! Great product overall though there should be more options available within each department like different color themes etc maybe not as customizable? If you're looking at an applicant tracking system this one does it well if your trying something new look into what's out now because socialhire may already offer most things which will save time/money down line.
