Fits and looks good. The only small detail was that the included cables were a bit shorter at 5 feet. I had to buy additional cables. Maybe it was because my Tacoma is a long bed and I did a really professional install by routing all the cables down the left side of the chassis and using all 12 inch straps. Another thing is that the ABS plastic looks and feels a bit cheap compared to the original grip. The mechanism is noisy, but not critical.
