I really wanted to have coffee grinders, from the packaging they are the same as in the photo. Great offer for 4 packs. Everything seemed right with this purchase. But unfortunately one of my coffee grinders broke in a set of four, I put peppercorns in it and tried to grind them and nothing. I noticed that inside the ring which is just behind the slip ring the letters should be stationary but it was rotating so I think the part is glued on and the glue used wasn't high quality glue. I know this is only one of the four, but if it happened to one of them, there's a chance it may happen to the other three in the near future. I also personally noticed that the gears on the grinder are made of plastic, so I'm not sure what the overall durability of the grinders will be. Although this is an inconvenience, I will be returning the item today. I think they are under warranty but I don't want to go back to the manufacturer with cash and wait weeks to get a replacement. Maybe I was just unlucky, but that's enough for me to know that I don't want to deal with any problems in the future.
