The software has been so easy for me as an employee to use that I have started using it even when not working hours! It's also great because we do receive automatic notifications whenever there are updates or changes made anywhere within our system which makes collaboration much easier. Sometimes you might get confused if something isn't clear enough but this can be easily solved since they're very quick at responding back any queries/questions one may need help understanding their product completely. We've come across some minor glitches here & there but nothing too major nor anything that could take away your confidence towards them (we would like to say).
