It has been helpful to us in being able identify where we can improve our system, as well helping other companies who are new at this process understand how it works best for them! The interface is not user friendly so some of my colleagues have struggled with using their own payroll systems when they were trying out different features before deciding which one suited there needs better than others (ie - HRIS).

I think that if you do your homework about what each product offers then choosing will be easy but don't expect all products to suit every business need or budget available/desired by an organisation. We needed something simple yet robust enought handle any changes made along time without causing problems later down line-up etc., hence why payreview was used over multiple competitors during testing period due its simplicity compared ot complexity found within competitor solutions offered.- Ability easily manage employees through onboardings /.
