My Z4 is equipped with an N54 engine and this key fits perfectly. When measuring the oil filter cover, be sure to measure underneath where the key sits, as the side of the cover tapers outward by about 0.4mm as you move down. This is enough for the 86mm wrench to get stuck and not fit properly. This key fits completely onto the cover without loosening when attaching.
