Review on XSJ8013C Aluminum Monitor Clamping Support by Rebecca Guerra

Monitor arm arrived very quickly. I am not very satisfied with this product. It barely holds my 32 inch MSI Creator monitor. When using the monitor on my desk, any large movement I make with the mouse causes the monitor to shake excessively. I tightened the clamp attachment as tight as possible and followed all installation instructions. Moving the monitor in circles is not smooth at all. The monitor requires an unusual amount of force to move. It feels like the joints are actually rubbing against each other and not being lubricated at all. While it can (barely) support my monitor, I cannot currently recommend this monitor mount due to its instability and bulkiness. I don't have to use so much force that I could damage my monitor just by moving it. Unsatisfactory product.
