Review on πŸ“¦ Nozlen Document Poster Tube: Innovative Telescoping Design for Convenient Storage and Transport by David Golden

Good poster tube with good customer support from the backup company.

So me Bought this for a poster I was presenting at a conference that was being fa fa remote. I paid a fair price, around $25 at AMZN. Item arrived with a very small tear on the lid cap, nothing major. But the packaging was good and I needed it now and later so I kept it. I was unable to contact Nozlen or AMZN and was hoping to do so after returning from the conference. I filled in a previous comment that was in similar terms above. The day before the trip, I received a box with two interchangeable plastic lids directly from Nozlen. Not one, but two. One in black and one in white as they didn't seem to know what I bought but were kind enough to send me both. Responsiveness is amazing and I'm seeing it more and more on social media and reviews and the need for public awareness is high. I cannot praise Nozlen enough for this level of customer service. The tube served my purpose well. I had to seal the seam (stretching zone) in the middle just to make sure it wouldn't fall apart in transit. This is highly recommended and is not the product's fault but your own due diligence on how much you value your item inside. :). I also sealed the lid at the hinge, just in mind I might need to put it in my checked baggage (I didn't). I suggest you ask the flight crew to put it in a closet if it doesn't fit on the top shelf. Someone on online forums suggested wrapping the poster in a cheaper paper poster to protect it(?). I had no problems despite having it wrapped in something (i.e. the case really wasn't needed). All in all, this is a good plastic poster tube, strong enough not to be crushed easily. You can buy it with a guarantee.

Pros
  • The storage tube can be used an unlimited number of times, for example to store: posters, blueprints, maps, documents, large photos, drawings, artwork, arrows, fishing rods, drumsticks and anything else you can think of
Cons
  • Some bugs
