Pros: Sisal surface feels solid but not so heavy that it can't move, top platform is big enough to sleep on. The downsides are that while my cat can pace up and down all levels, it's a bit uncomfortable (I wish the apartment's "wings" were a bit bigger. Biggest downside is the faux fur cover, which my cat doesn't like. Mine cat like rug, terry cloth, durable fabric with texture.I won't be returning this but will try to cover the surfaces with towels for her.She only lay down on the top platform after folding the towel.
