Neither glossy nor matt is specified in the description. As a dummy, I assumed I would get a matte finish, but ended up with a glossy screen. Happy with the purchase so far. Samsung wanted $289 to replace my screen. It takes 10 minutes and anyone can do it, check it out on YouTube. Anyway, they swapped out the screen and it looks great. "
