Cheap and falling apart
The product is very cheap. The chopsticks literally fell apart when I tried to put them in my hair. I was able to fix some of them, but some had too loose plastic to catch the rubber part. There were pieces of plastic sticking out of the lid that really interfered with the attachment. I have used perms in the past but never this brand. I do not recommend.
