First only 4/5 for pain relief as I don't have it now. I have used the Ekrin Athletics Bantam massage gun and got rid of all aches and pains. So I'm not really covering that part. I LOVE going to the Reflexology Center around the corner. Was looking for ways to replicate houses to save money/COVID time/not going out because of it. Stumbled upon it. They are amazing! I love everything made of stone, it's real. So beautiful to look at. They are very well done. Included in the box is a QR code to register for a 2 year warranty, which I find surprising for such a cheap product. The delivery was much faster than stated in the description. specified. Maybe because I'm used to feeling my pain points being worked on. I stood on them for about 8 minutes and definitely had to wait until morning to try them. It's 9pm now and I'm full of energy! So I bought them for the energy/detox factor. Very, very satisfied. Include them in my morning routine, wear them while I'm sipping coffee or tea. Couldn't be happier
