So I really want to give this product a five star rating. The truth is I was really looking forward to having something that can actually monitor my various ECU systems and alert me or at least visualize small anomalies and changes in the system so parts can be swapped out quickly and I could track it too moderate differences in updates. However; So far I have connected it to the ECU port, downloaded the software connected to the device via Bluetooth, but I have only received error messages such as that I cannot get information about the car. I will continue to troubleshoot and maybe even tech support will contact me to help me get it working. In this case, I'll customize my ad as it should, but at this point I still don't feel like I've paid for it.
