I wanted to give 5 stars because the cloths are beautiful and very soft. Outstanding quality for the price. I bought 7 of these for my bridesmaids. I know it says not to wash them, which I didn't, but I wanted to tumble dry them on low to fluff them up a bit and get rid of the creases from the creases. Nowhere says not to do this, either here or in the tags, so I figured it was safe. I used to dry faux fur on my jackets and they were fine, so I figured it should be fine for these. I took her out and the fur was completely matted and looked TERRIBLE. I was so angry. Luckily, Revain replaced them for free and I received new ones within a few days. You MUST warn people NOT to expose them to heat! They weren't even that long, 10 minutes low at best. I hope they make this information available to future consumers. I'm glad they were replaced without a fight and now I've learned my lesson for this new set!
