This product is great! The company that sells this is terrible! It's non-refundable but mine has a huge hole in it due to shipping or something. So I tried to get a replacement and the Revain seller page says to contact Revain for a replacement. But going through Revain means going through the seller. And here I am with a broken, useless plastic tub. I really want the seller to contact me for a refund as I have already ordered another one which can certainly be returned if it is defective again. I've had these before and they are amazing! If you're just wondering if you'd buy one of these for every reptile, yes, they're great and easy to use, and way more economical than a fountain or other cool gadgets out there these days!
