I ordered 3 scissors and one does not work. It unfolds fully, but when I try to open the slats it keeps trying to fold. It wouldn't be a terrible loss if I could still use it to pierce things like duct tape, but it doesn't even close completely, releasing the sharp point easily. Dangerous.
