The intro was not for sale here on Revain, nothing on a non-mini iPad 4. Not. Email I sent to Logitech on April 17, 2019 Dear Representative: About 6 weeks ago I bought a new mini iPad which I am currently using, writing this complaint. I'm attaching two photos: 1. Information about my mini iPad, 2. A picture of a broken corner of your case, a view showing the corners of the case are smaller than the mini iPad. I bought an iPad case via AMAZON.S/N 1710CE228E08 for LOGITECH ULTRATHINKEYBOARDI following the instructions and I broke off the corner piece as shown in the picture. My fault is for forcing the iPad to fit in a smaller space. I'm not asking for a replacement per se. I really caused a breakdown. that I broke it. It was advertised on AMAZON as a mini iPad. Others should have it too! By the way, this is the third case and keyboard I've bought. This is the first problem I encountered.
