I have previously ordered a dragon painting from you which I am working on. I love it. One of the reasons I decided to order from this company again was the best tools that you get with each painting. I decided to order a painting of dolphins as a gift for my sister because she loves dolphins very much. When the package was delivered, it wasn't diamond painting. It was a pack of bandages. I filled out the product return form and received it for return same day. They replied very quickly and I received the package in 2 days. I was happy to see that this time it was a drawing of a dolphin. I opened it up to make sure everything was there. Unfortunately, he didn't have the good tools promised with every painting. It had a regular plastic tray, tweezers, a pen and a square for glue. For some tools I didn't want to return the whole thing and didn't see where you can easily request the necessary tools. Maybe it was a sign that I didn't need another picture at the moment. Rschunimagu. I recommend this company for the quality of the pictures.
