Review on PXPART by Marcos Olvera

I am very upset about my recent experience as a customer of PXPART's online shop. I was hoping to get high-quality auto lighting accessories, but that was not the case when I made my buy. First, I was not given any warning that my purchase would be delayed for so long. I called customer support and spoke with an unhelpful and rude agent who didn't seem to care about fixing my problem. I was disappointed to receive a shipment that did not match the online description. The light fixtures and their parts looked flimsy and didn't do what they were supposed to. Both the box and the contents revealed signs of having been handled roughly. The products I got were subpar, but when I contacted PXPART's customer service again, I was told that I would be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, I cannot suggest PXPART, an online store I visited in search of high-quality automotive lighting products, to anyone.
