Does exactly what it should!
I used this mat to make about 1000 chopsticks for a Harry Potter event in my library and it definitely cleans up a lot better than scraping dried glue off a table. The only downside is that because it's so non-stick I could pick up strands of bird's nest glue and they would snag on the stick I was working with. Basically, this may not be the ideal surface for large jobs. I have no idea what the little holes on the side and the big protrusions on the other side are for. BUT, it's fantastic for hot-gluing and a quick clean-up!
