The thickness is not exact but the product is comfortable.
I bought this for a pattern designed for #4 yarn or about #8-10 US needles. It's a lot thinner than I expected and ended up fitting better for US #5 needles, somewhere around the #2 gauge. The quality is perfect, it has a silky feel that I would use for spring wear. , I just wish the size was better communicated.
