Update****15.06.20 Received very prompt and polite message from seller. She instructed me to remove the rubber stoppers. And surprisingly, the scale worked. Too bad it wasn't included in the instructions. I am changing my rating. Excellent seller. Thanks very much! See attached photos. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this and the accuracy. I ended up buying a scale from Walmart to compare and this one was wrong. I used different items for testing and the result was half as much. i will return it
