I needed to replace a weak tube in my K40 and decided on a couple of cheaper options based on product reviews and ratings. I am very happy with it. I did some minor repairs to my car until I had a tube, new lamps, water cooling circuit, new bed, mirrors, smoke outlet and lenses. It works better than ever. This tube radiates great power. It arrived very well packaged in double boxes with lots of foam. No problem with the packaging. I think what I liked most is that it comes with the wires already attached. I got the silicone beforehand and was very glad I didn't have to use it, to attach the wires to each rod. I was afraid of it. I'm sure I would make a mess of it. I just cut the wires soldered into the new wires already attached, snap on the hoses and I was good to go. I don't know if I had the old tube to begin with or what, but the performance of this tube/rig is much better than the new machine. I hope this tube will last, but for now I can say I would buy it again and recommend it to any K40 owner who has any doubts as to whether this tube is worth $20 or so. can save elsewhere.
