This is a solid bike cam + DVR, for 1/3 the price of a fly12. 4 stars for the product and 5 stars for the customer service. Advantages: - Excellent value for money. - Good battery life. Enough for a couple of hours on the go. - Reliable video recorder. - The night light is bright enough for slow driving. Cons: - Only vertical mounting hardware is included (camera must be mounted horizontally to work effectively). This might get in the way for some, but it wasn't a big deal for me as I have a combo mount that I use with my Wahoo Element. The video quality on the DVR was only 30 frames per second. So while the video quality is decent, license plates are difficult to read. The app recommended in the description requires access to GPS (why why actually?). Instead I used the ricam pro app which didn't need it. Customer Support: Very responsive customer support. I mentioned the above three issues to customer support and they said they would fix them in the next iteration of the product. I have purchased other products from this company before and they have been very quick to respond to feedback and improve the product.
