Review on 🏍️ Garmin Zumo 590LM: The Ultimate Motorcycle GPS Navigation System by Henry Hunter

If you've been in the market for a while, you might think that firmware updates keep this $800 GPS up to date. It's not, Garmin supports its products by forcing the design department to eliminate kinks, mediocre at best. I have connected Galaxy S7 and Sena 20s to the device. If you log into Pandora to listen to music, then step out of range of your phone and switch to media, the devices just flicker and turn off! I say "units" because when I contacted Garmin support they asked me to re-pair the BT devices that weren't working so they told me it must be a software issue and I need to replace them. Garmin then told me it would be two weeks! This is a brand new $800 device. I expect the new unit to be shipped overnight once my unit arrives as it is now a week old! So I decided to do an exchange with my favorite Revane! 2 days later I had a new block in my mailbox, the new block does the same! Pair new and old device with 3 different android phones. Same problem! Tried with iPhone 5S, everything worked with Pandora. On the road I was happy with my S7 until I got out of data range, then couldn't get directions until I found a signal, I tried the standalone GPS app on the S7 and didn't really like it. The waterproofness of my S7 in the city is awesome! I decided to take a Garmin on a group tour with an intercom, what an absolutely horrible experience, every time there was instruction my intercom would cut off, I couldn't speak 3 sentences. I'm used to my GS7 only being muted when the intercom was on. This also worked with the standalone GPS app on the S7. Garmin really needs to figure out how cell phones connect to a BT headset and use the same profile! My idea was to put my phone in my pocket and forget it, I can't do that with zumo 590, I have to play Pandora on my phone and use Bluetooth as a multimedia option on Garmin, in the group intercom if you have instructions, You have to mute if you want to join a conversation or Garmin will interrupt you, this was a long time ago and I know Garmin has heard about this from others, it tells you a lot if the software isn't updated to fix bugs, what does Garmin? They release new model 595 before fix for 590. I don't know this company?
