Review on IBENZER MacBook Pro 13 Inch Case A1278 Release 2012-2008 Laptop Accessories in Bags, Cases & Sleeves by Bashar Shaffer

9 year old son got an old MBP as a gift from his aunt and uncle. It was amazing of them. It was the 2012 version and had an upgrade option. Along with 16GB of RAM and a 500GB SSD, we thought it would make sense to buy a case for it to protect it from turning 9 years old. There are many options and many of them are expensive. We mainly chose the IBENZER body. due to the fact that the son chose the color. The price was right so we took a chance. Here's what we found: PROS: - Soft Touch. Pleasant feel, no slippery plastic. Fits tight. It feels like it will stay in place over time. Value. Some cases are insanely expensive. At this price I can have a few "just in case" - Bonus: Comes with a keyboard case. It fits better than expected and my son loves it. As a bonus, the color matches the case. I guess we can always remove him if he doesn't like him, but that's not a problem right now. Bonus: Comes with a screen cover. We haven't used it so can't comment on quality or fit CONS: - Nothing yet. Additional Thoughts. After installing this cover we bought two more IBENZER covers for my wife's MBP. They're replacing a broken (very expensive!) proprietary case that took about a year to complete. At this price I bought two different colors so that she can change things up every once in a while.
