I don't know if it's because of the pandemic or what's dark, but I have a slightly obsessive affinity for these neon LED lights. Starting with the Christmas tree I bought to give to my girlfriend with the studio, I figured she could hang it in her window instead of the tree taking up some random room in her tiny house. I plugged it in and ended up keeping it to myself! Since then I've been trying to collect one for every holiday. Bright colorful light is just a little bit of happiness in my kitchen. I got this between the holidays, although it works great for spring as I couldn't find any hanging egg or bunny signs. I found I liked this more expensive Murakami style flower more than I thought. This one has an acrylic back (hence the higher price compared to those that are just LED neon) and the edges/lines between the petals are actually etched into the acrylic - I sort of assumed that, but I'm pretty happy with how bright , these engraved lines are almost as bright as light tubes. This flashlight has no battery but has a dimmer, which is very convenient. I want the string to be transparent (not white since I'm hanging it on the window) and a little longer. It came with some sort of clear wire for hanging, which I appreciated (but no hook). It also comes with a basic acrylic stand if you want to use it as a lamp instead of a sign. it's just so happy and kawaiiiiiiiiiiii
