Recommended despite unreliable Wi-Fi setup

Image: Any native 1080P image will give you a much better picture than any crap that says '1080P supported'. Color intensity and contrast are decent, but are also heavily influenced by ambient light and backgrounds. Your results may vary. Brightness: You are unlikely to use it much during the day. Even with the blinds closed and the lights off, you can expect it to be pretty blurry, but that's true of everything else on the market until you add another digit to the price. Connections: You are looking at this model for WiFi connections. It works but I spent an hour trying to get it to see the network. I would just get stuck on the loading screen and check for networks. Trying a few fixes, reconfiguring the router, multiple devices, restarting the projector, etc. Was going to throw it away and send it back when it was just working. I don't know what changed, but after that there were no problems. I'm not looking forward to using it on another network. After that, I uninstalled the apps and just used native Android screen sharing over WiFi. I don't think they are necessary. Android wired screen sharing requires USB debugging. Not something I would recommend for most users. This is also a screen share, not a casting. The host device cannot be used when connected. The other inputs are pretty standard. I would rather do without RCA and 2nd HDMI to further reduce production costs. I doubt many will ever use them. Sound: Mediocre, but probably good enough for most people. Bluetooth is great for broadcasting to another speaker when you need something better. However, I have no complaints. Size: Slightly larger than I expected. Small enough to carry around but not as big as a tripod. Design: the inputs are on the side, the power supply on the back. Makes cable management a bit of a hassle. Focusing and keystone distortion are adjusted manually using the rings on the lens. No zoom. Summary: Great value for money for a family leisure projector. Nothing, what to hang from the ceiling in a theater or conference room. Highly recommended. However, I have no complaints. Size: Slightly larger than I expected.
