All the same, it is more convenient in capsules, but, unfortunately, I did not find capsules without titanium dioxide in the composition. And this additive has already been banned as toxic, though so far only in France. Different pros: I took clean, without flavorings. It’s good that there really is nothing in the composition except amino acids, I would like to hope that this is how it really is. Has some cons: It is not possible to drink clean with water, I stir it with compote, the taste is excellent.
