Quality and how long it lasts. The screws that came with it were of very poor quality. The Allen key that came with it was even worse. I couldn't tighten the screws with it. I had to use my own allen wrenches to tighten the bolts. The screws didn't fit properly either. I had to be very careful not to break my head. I have the same concerns about the quality of the steering wheel hub adapter I purchased which was made by the same company that used to install the steering wheel on a Yamaha golf cart. The adapter was not thick enough to use just a factory washer and nut. The nut landed on the shaft before the hub was tightened. After tightening, you could still pull the hub up and down the shaft at least 1/8 inch. I had to find extra shims to take up the extra space. I hope chrome lasts. If it matches the quality of the rest of the products, I'll probably see the chrome rusting or peeling off very soon.
