The mouse itself is great in terms of comfort and convenience, but it has had issues since the day I turned it on. This might have been a no-brainer for some, but I decided to try and save $10 by buying a refurbished version of this thing, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. I'll probably just have to buy another one for around $50, not the $27 I could spend just to get a new one. Anker has been really good for me in the past so I'll update this review if they reach out to me, but I've already tried to fix this issue through Revain and of course it was a huge waste of time.
