Review on πŸ’§ Transform Your Home Water with Home Master TMAFC ERP Artesian Undersink by Kim Fukushima

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Reprint required once a year

I can't find anywhere on Revain that clearly states that an annual repriming of the reverse osmosis tank is required? My device has lost significant pressure and only falls out of the system after dispensing just 1 cup of water. The manufacturer tells us that "the fitting instructions are very clear" that the pressure wears off over time, but we didn't know that until the product arrived and we unpacked it. It would be nice to know about this in advance via this Revain link. Posting their instructions here as I think it's fair to share BEFORE: Annual storage tank pressurization procedure: 1. Close the water supply valve (handle perpendicular to the pipe).2. Make sure the tank valve is open (the handle is in line with the tube).3. Open the reverse osmosis tap by lifting the lever up.4. Unscrew the blue cap on the side of the tank as shown below.5. Attach a bike pump to the valve on the side of the tank.6. Slowly add air to the tank until the tank is empty - as air is added, more water will flow out of the faucet until the tank is empty. 6a. If at any time water is leaking from the valve on the side of the tank where you are adding air, contact customer service at 1-877-693-7873.7. Once the tank is empty (slightly) please measure the air pressure and make sure the air pressure is 8psi from the valve on the side of the tank.8. SLOWLY open the water supply valve again until it is fully open.9. As soon as a thin stream appears in the faucet, turn off the faucet and wait 2-3 minutes until the system is fully pressurized.10. Check all connections to ensure there are no leaks.11. Wait 2-3 hours for the tank to be full.

Pros
  • Higher flow rate | Includes Fast Flo RO! The kit features larger fittings and hoses that offer twice the flow compared to traditional reverse osmosis systems.
Cons
  • Not sure
