I like that they really understand what we are trying to accomplish with our IP portfolio, which allows them not only great advice but also realistic expectations of how long it will take us get there! They have been very responsive in terms both internally (to my legal team) as well externally speaking for clients who need help navigating US patent issues at various stages along through product development or post-IPO/registration process needs - from drafting patents all way up until filing applications before PTOs etc..

Their people were always friendly & helpful when i needed some extra assistance getting something done quickly / efficiently.
