In addition to Chocolate Fudge and Pecan Coconut flavors, Ketogeek also offers Spicy Walnut and Coffee Protein energy capsules on its website. You can judge the ingredients listed above for your own opinion on their usefulness; They are all well promoted by the keto community. All of them taste good enough at room temperature as well as frozen. However, in my opinion the flavor of Spiced Walnut is very sweet and Coffee Protein has quite a strong coffee aroma. Their website suggests eating them frozen as ice cream, room temperature custard, cold frothy drink, or hot beverage. The Coffee Protein Energy Pod could be a good candidate for dissolving in a drink. I will also note that the Coffee Protein flavor has a lot more protein than others and also tends to stick to my teeth unlike others. Sometimes the oil separates from the nut butter, but it's easy to mix to a consistency with the included ladle. They're all delicious and a handy source of fat on keto when trying to balance your protein sources. They don't satisfy my appetite (alone) but they can take a bite if you count calories. The energy pods come in convenient sealed foil cups wrapped in easy-open plastic, with a cardboard spoon/scoop handy. and go anywhere with minimal waste. They're sweetened with erythritol and monk fruit and haven't given me any digestive issues yet.
