I bought this because the lighting in my bathroom is too yellow and I thought it was a good product that (1) can help with the lighting (I need white for makeup and stuff) and (2) is portable in case I had to travel. The package included (1) a flashlight, (2) a tripod, (3) a phone mount that screws in place of a flashlight, (4) a bluetooth remote for the shutter button? and (5) a phone clip that snaps into place so you can use your phone when using the light. It took a little time to assemble as I was trying to figure out what the parts were, but other than that it was pretty easy. The tripod is very stable. Even with my phone on, the light rotated (and tightened so it stopped moving) so it was easy to point where I wanted it. The light now has three different color settings: white, yellow, and combo, so you're sure to find one that works. It was also very easy to adjust the brightness and it got very bright, see the attached video (if it loads). Of course, you can use the entire setup as a selfie stick, but I haven't tried that.
