Review on 🎒 Wheeled College Backpacks by Tilami Rolling Backpack by Sarah Zepeda

So I originally bought a J World bag for my daughter. Although we really liked the bag, we had to send it back because the wheels were too loud! My daughter said that her friend had a tilami bag and the wheels were silent, so I decided to buy her a tilami bag. The wheels are much quieter and the design and performance are great. Although I thought the bag was perfect until today when I picked up my daughter from school and she got mad because she said her pen didn't reach the end anymore. I'm honestly so pissed because this bag isn't even a month old and it's already having issues. I absolutely require a full refund for returning a damaged product. Save money and buy something better. I should have listened to the negative reviews.
